SHIPPING/DELIVERY
After payment is received, there is a 24-48 hours processing period, and you will have your products within 5-7 working days (not including weekends or Holidays). Only part of orders are processed and received by customers with one week and a half. If your orders are out of stock we will email you. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages. Any unclaimed packaged will not be resended! Please make sure that you can give a valid address when ordering, and we make sure you are available to claim your package. We will not resend the order to return due to being unclaimed by customers!
EXCHANGE POLICY
All exchanges must be finished within 10 days of receiving products. In order to make exchange, all shoes must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition. Exchanges only be made If the product is produced by the factory because of their mistakes or our mistake. Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decide to order no longer.
REFUND / EXCHANGES
We will not accept returns or exchanges but we can give you cheaper price!!! We will not accept returns just because the customer decide to order no longer or they select the wrong products and want products are different from actual products. Please refer to our policy and make sure you can you select the correct products(color, size, style),then you can ask any questions about our products before you purchase!
